Synopsis
Brian is a man on a mission. His job? Get the weather readings from the roof to the newsroom—fast. His career depends on it. But when he finally reaches the rooftop, he discovers he’s not alone.
There stands The Jumper—a woman teetering on the edge, fed up with life and ready to leave it all behind. Brian? Well… he’s got a forecast to deliver and no time for distractions. Life, death, personal crises—none of it matters if he’s late with the barometric pressure.
The Jumper is a darkly comedic short about apathy, purpose, and misplaced priorities. Shot on beautiful 16mm film with a shoestring budget, it’s a cynical, honest, and oddly funny take on what happens when personal ambition meets someone else’s breaking point.
